Add analyzer-specific image tags for SAST analyzers

What does this MR do?

In %14.0, Static Analysis will be removing SAST_ANALYZER_IMAGE_TAG from the SAST vendored template. This MR introduces this variables intended replacements and defaults them to the now deprecated variable.

This change is being made to enable groupstatic analysis to independently version its analyzers, a capability we do not have today.
