Update radio button e2e functionality

What does this MR do?

Updates e2e functionality for radio buttons and updates some selectors as well. There will be a part 2 of this MR with more updates to existing radio button interactions in e2e tests. The first part(this MR) is mainly for adding the new choose_element method so that any new tests that are written can start utilizing it.
