Connect Registries searches to URL

What does this MR do?

This MR links the search status (search and sorting) to the URL for both Container and Package registry:

• When the user changes any parameter of search or sorting the status is reflected in the URL
• When the user loads a page with URL containing search parameter those are reflected in the UI and in the results.
