Adds stage time to the path navigation
What does this MR do?
With the introduction of the path navigation for VSA, we need to reflect the stage time in the path navigation. This MR adds the stage time, with additional work to simplify the values and units for display. This MR:
- Adds the stage time calculation to the path navigation
- Approximates the stage time to the nearest useful unit
- Calculates the overview stage time as a sum of all the other stages
- Updates the docs and related screenshot
Feature flag
value_stream_analytics_path_navigation: enables the path navigation UI - this feature flag is now default enabled
