As part of #324250 (closed), revise doc/integration/jira/dvcs.md to...

  • Get it closer to CTRT
  • Get it closer to GitLab tone and style
  • Replace images with text descriptions whenever possible
  • Gerunds → present tense
  • Add more subheadings to break tasks apart into less-sad chunks
  • Try to fill in missing gaps in the numbered steps (p.s. @deuley do please read the numbered steps over, because I'm using a combination of extrapolation and hints from the images)
  • Delete images we don't need
