Added my-reaction-emoji to boards filtering

What does this MR do?

When :graphql_board_lists is turned on, we're using our GraphQL API to retrieve issues. My reaction was a filtering option with the previous API. This MR adds it to the GraphQL version (the UI, it's already an available field on the API).
