Resolve "[DevOps Adoption] Add "This group" badge in adoption table"
What does this MR do?
This MR adds a This group label to the active group within DevOps Adoption.
This requires the changes from !57210 (merged) in order to be tested locally. Alternatively, you can access the admin level feature and force isActiveGroup to return true (which has been done for the screenshot
The group level DevOps Adoption feature is behind the group_devops_adoption feature flag #323159 (closed)
