Suggestions on a Merge Request | E2E & Cleanup

This moves the already existing test for adding suggestions to the correct folder and cleans up the test, especially by modifying the strings used inside it to reflect the new location.

It also removes the now empty transient folder but still keeps the tag since there is for now still no change in this status for suggestions based tests.

In the end, I added a test that covers adding a suggestion and accepting it, but using a custom commit message.
