What does this MR do?
This MR breaks off from the UI mega MR: !53090 (closed)
Closes #287978 (closed)
This is the final MR to fully implement the GitLab 2.0 UI! This replaces the final placeholder text with the Desktop and Mobile layouts for the Replication Details.
This change is still behind a feature flag (:geo_nodes_beta) which will be removed shortly after this MR is merged.

How to test
- Set up a Geo Primary/Secondary GDK
- Fetch the current branch
- Activate the Feature Flag on your Primary GDK (
:geo_nodes_beta) - Navigate to
http://127.0.0.1:3000/admin/geo/nodes_beta - View UI
