Expose `titleHtml` & `descriptionHtml` in Epic type

What does this MR do?

This MR does following changes;

• Expose titleHtml & descriptionHtml in Epic Type for GraphQL.
• Moves epic.fragment.graphql from Core to ee/ directory.
