Update UI text in the drone integration
What does this MR do?
Resolves #300592 (closed)
Updates the UI text for the Drone integration:
- Name changed to just
Drone, which is the actual product name: https://www.drone.io/ - Externalize strings for translation
- Update the text to match the other integration updates, and moves help text out of placeholder.
- Adds a little blurb at the top, again to match other integrations. No docs link, because this integration has no docs (currently), but we'll now have a place to add a link in the future.
