Remove epic filtered search bar from issue boards
What does this MR do?
The feature flag :boards_filtered_search (#322778 (closed)) adds the refactored filtered search bar (based on gl component) to epic boards but we accidentally had the FF affect the issue boards (graphql-based ones including epic swimlanes). This MR rectifies this.
