Add additional information to stage popovers in group level VSA
What does this MR do?
In #300235 (closed) we implemented stage popovers for group level VSA that show each stage represents. This MR adds the Stage time metric to the popovers. This is essentially the same metric that is also shown after every stage in the path navigation (see !57451 (merged))
