Add Infrastructure menu

What does this MR do?

In this MR we're adding the new menu Infrastructure. This menu is going to contain the menu items:

• Kubernetes
• Serverless
• Terraform

These menu items are going to be retrieved from the Operations menu.

At the same time we're going to change the sprite icon for the Operations menu.
