i18n: Show translation levels for each language in the UI
What does this MR do?
Related to:
- #329852 (closed)
- The original MR was reverted because it broke master CI (!60788 (merged))
Add (x% translated) to each language choice. For example, instead of French - français, display French - français (88% translated).
