Remove passive-voiced double-negative

What does this MR do?

The wording in this caution about using dedicated email addresses is very confusing to read. This change removes "It is not recommended" (which is passive-voice), and changes the double-negative (do not do this thing that is not good), into a positive directive (do this good thing).
