Pass shared_visible_only param on the FE
What does this MR do?
The backend added a new param limit to shared group user has access to. In this MR, we are just ensuring the frontend passes this param with the request. There are no UI changes here.

The purpose of adding this option is to address > #28902 (comment 522122719), which add support for private groups.
