Fix navigation to Advanced Search submenu in test

What does this MR do?

Fixes #330831 (closed), #330831 (closed) by dynamically expanding the Advanced Search submenu if it's not already visible. Previously this submenu did not exist, so the tests need to be updated to account for it.
