Rename service to integration in HAML views

What does this MR do?

As part of a bigger epic &2504 (closed), we are working towards renaming "Services" to "Integrations".

This MR updates the frontend to follow this. We also try to avoid using instance variables as much as possible (replacing these with local variables).

Screenshots (strongly suggested)
