Fix DAST Summary edit button not being clickable

What does this MR do?

• The summary for site type overlays the edit button
• This MR fixes that by applying z-index to the button

How to test this

1. In your gdk, navigate to the On-demand Scans page under the Security & Compliance menu
2. Select an existing site profile (or create one if it doesn't already exist)
3. Hover / Click on Edit profile button
