Remove Unicorn support: delete Unicorn Sampler

What does this MR do?

Removes UnicornSampler.
Split from !61888 (merged).

I will not update lib/prometheus/pid_provider.rb just yet (in this MR) - seems like it starts to drag other stuff.

Probably our dashboards/metric reports would require a cleanup, I created a separate issue for that: #331406 (closed)
