Rename batch of integration methods [RUN AS-IF-FOSS]

What does this MR do?

This MR renames a number of method from *service* to *integration*.

It starts with the list of Project attributes, and aims to tackle them one-by-one.

As a result, this touches on many things, including factories, specs and even GraphQL enums.

The GraphQL documentation formatting is adapted to handle Enum deprecation correctly.
