Remove unused params from ElasticCommitIndexerWorker

What does this MR do?

Related to #221178 (closed)

ElasticCommitIndexerWorker had two params deprecated in 5602d2f6

We're now removing those deprecated params in a major release per the Sidekiq styleguide.
