Move info to right page, and also images
What does this MR do?
This merge request moves feature documentation about reviewers from https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/merge_requests/getting_started.html to the Reviews page https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/merge_requests/reviews/. Some accompanying images also needed to change place.
I've also moved a basic piece of information ("how to see merge requests") back to the main index page about merge requests.
A note for the reviewer (@sselhorn) I'm not editing any of the information here. Just shifting it. You can focus on position and not on the contents.
