Global Search - Refactor Group/Project Filters
What does this MR do?

This changes add some UX cleanup to the Group and Project Filters for Global Search.
Initially we had the full namespace in the UI, this however is very hard to read. This instead adds a bolded name. Then as subtext we bring along the truncated namespace. Finally we add the avatar image in the dropdown as well.
