Make arrow on generic report section clickable

What does this MR do?

1. Makes the arrow on a collapsible section clickable
2. Adjust the section heading's font size when displayed on the pipeline's security modal
3. Removes list margin when displayed within modal

How to test this?

1. Create a new project, give it a gitlab-ci.yml file with the following contents:

    - dast

dast:
  stage: dast 
  image: alpine:3.10.2
  script:
    - pwd
  artifacts:
    reports:
      dast: dast.json

2. Download $2115137 and add it to the project file dast.json
3. Run a pipeline, view vulnerabilities
