Allow error-free 'destroy' of orphaned group members

What does this MR do?

Fix for the problem mentioned in #330722 (comment 583751869), where we observed that when an orphaned group-member is destroyed, it error-ed out.

Also added specs to make sure that the same error-free deletion is possible for orphaned project members as well.
