Standardize language on branch deletion

What does this MR do?

Attempts to standardize the inconsistent source language about source branches being deleted. Because the phrase was broken up by bolding, I couldn't grep for it. I'm not 100% sure I've got everything addressed that @pedroms was hoping for, though.

But, hey, that's what an MVC is for, right?
