Add link to admin area on project view and group view

What does this MR do?

On the user view, there's a View user in admin area button:

This link is very useful for admins to directly navigate from the normal user page to the administration page of the user (admin area).

So this MR adds a similar button to the project page and the group page. Of course, this button is only visible for admins.
