Change vulnerability filters All option text to be "All <filter name>"

What does this MR do?

On the vulnerability report, the Status and Activity filters have inconsistent naming for its All option. Whereas the other filters will show All <filter name>, these two filters only show the word All. This MR fixes it by changing it to be All statuses and All activity.
