Update Styling of MR-Widget

What does this MR do?

This MR solves: #330144 (closed)

The icon on the Security MR Widget "?" for non-Ultimate users is now aligned, and have been replace with the correct icons.

How to reproduce?

1. set your GDK in FOSS Mode
2. go visit an MR Page which has security checks
