Add option to order epics by title on list page

This MR is blocked by !63756 (merged) which will require merging first (those commits are included here but will be rebased away once !63756 (merged) has been merged).

What does this MR do?

Currently the Epic list supports ordering by Created date, Last updated, Start date and Due date. This MR adds a new option to order by the epics titles.
