Remove all params that match the defaults for createFlash

What does this MR do?

Remove all params that match the defaults for createFlash. This is a follow-up of the update from deprecatedCreateFlash to createFlash.

The defaults are:

type = FLASH_TYPES.ALERT
parent = document
actionConfig = null
fadeTransition = true
addBodyClass = false
captureError = false
error = null
