Draft: Generate diff rows array on load instead of in computed property
What does this MR do?
Generates, and stores, the correct diff line format to the diff file. This allows us to remove a computed property which was causing every diff line in a diff file whenever a single diff line got updated (ie. when showing a comment form). With this removal of a computed property we should also see a reduction in memory usage.
