Update iteration title when dates change

What does this MR do?

Addresses some of the feedback in this issue &5077 (comment 612880803)

This MR makes sure that the default title of an autogenerated iteration would be updated to reflect changes in iteration dates. It may happen when cadence duration or start date changed.
