Truncate body length

What does this MR do?

This MR truncates the body of Finding Evidence Requests and Responses to 2048 characters. In doing this, this allows validations to always pass even when there is an incredibly long body. This aligns with data that comes from the scanners that truncates at the same length. Related to #267489
