Update autoprefixer-rails to 10.2.5.1.

What does this MR do?

It fixes a problem if execjs 2.8.1 is used. For reference please look here: https://github.com/rails/execjs/issues/99

And the changelog of autoprefixer-rails version 10.2.5.1: https://github.com/ai/autoprefixer-rails/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md

I fixed this already for FreeBSD: https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-ports/commit/da75672c1fa6ed42eb2413b52aa7bcb0b1117ed3

But I think this should be fixed upstream, so here.
