Add period to end of email sentence
What does this MR do?
Add period/full stop to end of personal access token email text.
I received this email on my personal account and noticed the text looked a bit weird without the ending period.
"You can create a new one or check them in your personal access tokens settings" -> "You can create a new one or check them in your personal access tokens settings."
