Docs: Add the rebase quick action to the rebase doc
What does this MR do?
Add the /rebase
quick action to the Git rebase doc. This facilitates less experienced folks to rebase their branches in GitLab directly from the UI.
Amy, after this MR, you can investigate potential prereqs to do this. There may be requirements such as:
- At least Developer permissions to the target project.
- If the MR is from a fork, maybe the project needs to be set to accept commits from members of the upstream project.
