Image node view wrapper component

What does this MR do?

NOTICE: This MR is part of a larger effort to allow inserting images in the Content Editor. To get a full picture and understand how this change fits in this goal, check: !63939 (merged)

This MR implements an interactive node view for image elements in the Content Editor. I highly recommend reading the related documentation. The purpose of the interactive view is enhancing the way images appear in the Content Editor when they are uploading.

The Content Editor displays an image as soon as it is inserted even when it isn’t fully uploaded. To indicate the upload status, it displays a loading indicator on top of the blurred image. You can see a demo or give it a try in the full context MR.
