Update feature specs for issues refactor
What does this MR do?
This MR updates some feature specs. The changes were split from !61123 (closed) to reduce the size of that MR.
In that MR, feature specs were updated for the issues page refactor (#322755 (closed)), behind the feature flag vue_issues_list which is globally off in the feature specs (but globally on in that MR).
