Fix epic list rendering when user is logged out
What does this MR do?
When a user is logged out AND :vue_epics_list is turned on, epics list was erroring out because of a field permission in the graphql query.
Repro
- Feature.enable(:vue_epics_list)
- Log out
- Go to an epics list page
