Add Chrome to Jira connect working browsers

What does this MR do?

Related to #284211 (closed)

Setting up the GitLab for Jira app doesn't work in all browsers due to blocked cross site cookies (#284211 (closed)). We couldn't fix this problem so far, but we've added a note for users that suggests using Firefox. Apparently it now works in Google Chrome too so we can now add Chrome to the note as well.
