What does this MR do?
This MR solves #334927 (closed) it updates the copy on the "upgrade to ultimate Banner" on the security Configuration Page and changes the variant of the banner.
This MR doesn't include a changelog entry because the page is currently hidden behind this flag #336077 (closed)

- enable
security_configuration_redesign_eeFeature Flag - remove GDK Licence
- Go to any project -> Security & Compliance -> Configuration
