What does this MR do?
Related to #336688 (closed)
This migrates the GitLab UI checkbox in app/views/groups/settings/_permissions.html.haml to gitlab_ui_checkbox_component.
Steps to test
- Go to a group
- Go to General settings
- Expand the Permissions, LFS, 2FA section
- See the three checkboxes in the Permissions sub-section after the first two checkboxes
Note: the second checkbox was migrated in !64260 (merged) and the first checkbox is being migrated in !66700 (merged)
