What does this MR do?
Related to #336691 (closed)
This migrates the GitLab UI checkbox in app/views/groups/settings/_two_factor_auth.html.haml to gitlab_ui_checkbox_component.
Steps to test
- Go to a project
- Go to General settings
- Expand the Permissions, LFS, 2FA section
- See the two checkboxes in the Two-factor authentication sub-section
