E2E: large github import spec logging improvements

What does this MR do?

Additional improvements for github large import test. Mostly logging and additional info for debugging:

  • Add more logger messages to clearly track test progress. When working with large collections, test might seem stuck otherwise
  • Use larger repo by default
  • Dump both github and gitlab data in top a json file
