Remove security configuration page feature flags

What does this MR do?

This MR solves #333112 (closed) It removes the security_configuration_redesign and the security_configuration_redesign_ee Feature Flag.

It removes unused components which are no longer used in the redesigned Version of the Security Configuration Page.

It updates the Docs to match the redesigned Security-Configuration Page.

This MR includes a lot of changes, we've been doing our best to structure the commits in a meaningful way. Please consider reviewing this MR commit by commit.
