Add Mono Repo Point to Types of Pipelines
What does this MR do?
Adds a mention of mono-repos on the main pipeline page when outlining the types of pipelines. It was mentioned to me in a recent user conversation that they eventually got to parent-child pipelines but it took some time to figure out. We make the connection between parent-child pipelines and mono-repos explicitly in our Pipeline Architecture page but that is a bit buried.
