Use Structured Logging for MergeRequestMergeabilityCheckWorker

What does this MR do?

This changes the MergeRequestMergeabilityCheckWorker loggin from plain ol' vanilla Rails logging to structured Sidekiq logging. I also added a few specs to confirm it was working.
